From an August baseline of 633 clicks and 51,880 impressions, Life Is a Special Operation grew to 4,760 clicks and over 1 million impressions by December—an increase of 652% in clicks, reaching 752% of the original baseline in just four months.

I did not increase my YouTube output. I did not add paid traffic. I changed how my content was structured for AI.

About Littlestone Media

When I retired from the U.S. Army, I started Littlestone Media, an unconventional media company that creates, develops, and monetizes ideas across multiple digital platforms. This entire period occurred without increasing YouTube output or adding external traffic sources. I stopped making videos in mid-October. My last video was published on November 1, 2025. Since then, I have not relied on YouTube for growth.

What I Changed on the Website

I did not create more content. I changed how my content was structured.

To put that in perspective:

  • August (baseline): 633 clicks for the entire month
  • March: More clicks per day than the entire baseline month

In other words, one day of traffic now exceeds what used to take a full month.

This growth did not come from continuous effort. Most of the FOUND implementation was completed between October 1 and November 15.
